CHILDCARE OPTIONS
Physical Therapy @ ACAC patients may use the ACAC Kidz Zone for childcare during the time of their PT @ ACAC appointment, as long as the Kidz Zone hours coincide with the time of the appointment.

• Patients who are ACAC members may use the Kidz Zone on the same terms as dictated by their current membership status with ACAC.
• Patients who are not ACAC members may pay the guest rate for Kidz Zone childcare during their visit to PT @ ACAC.
• Please call Member Services as Albemarle Square or Downtown to confirm Kidz Zone operating hours, fees, etc. Please mention that you are a patient at PT @ ACAC when you call.

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY
A $30.00 fee wil be charged for all cancellations and no shows without 24 hour notification.

FINANCIAL POLICY
Physical Therapy @ ACAC is a provider with all major insurance companies. We will verify physical or occupational therapy benefits prior to the initial evaluation appointment and obtain authorization if necessary. Patients are notified at their first appointment of their financial responsibility. We file insurance claims for each date of service and claims are reviewed and reimbursed according to the terms of patient's insurance policy. Any co/pays or co/insurance is expected at the time of each appointment. Billing is managed by PT @ ACAC's partner, Martha Jefferson Medical Enterprises.
