BASE’s proprietary system + expert guidance from our running experts provides:
• Strengthening exercises that are specific to running
• Methods that engage all core muscles that assist with efficiency and injury prevention for a runner
• Instruction from a runner to a runner
• Improve lower extremity control and coordination
Classes will incorporate unique exercise equipment, body weight exercises and soft tissue tools such as foam rollers.

About Caleb Wilson*:
Caleb is a marathon and ultramarathon runner, participating in both road and trail running
events from the marathon distance (26.2 miles) up to 100 mile races. He has a passion for
running and an understanding that getting your body ready for races goes beyond putting in
miles. Strength training and balance work are keys to success in running and become even
more important the older we get.
