How To Prepare For a Total Joint Replacement

This workshop is designed to help you understand the process of joint replacement surgery from the physical therapy perspective. Topics will include exercises to maximize mobility and strength beforehand, what happens on the day of surgery, and what to expect for post-op recovery.
