With Prompt EMR, PT@acac Patients Can Opt In To Receive Text & Email Notifications For Appointment Slots As They Become Available

PT@acac wants to thank their patients for their patience and cooperation with our switch to the Prompt Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system during October 2025.

Our new medical records system, Prompt has allowed our team at Physical Therapy at acac to send timely communication via text and email to quickly offer appointments to patients as they may become available during time slots the patient has indicated they prefer.

We are already seeing amazing results from this new system. More of our patients getting the care they need when it is best for them = SUCCESS!!

To keep this ball rolling, we request of our patients:

• If you have not done so yet, please opt in to Prompt's convenient appointment notification system by filling out a PT@acac APPOINTMENT WAITLIST PREFERENCES SURVEY at any of our clinic locations, or reach out to our front desk teams to send you a form - please visit acacpt.com/locations for contact information.
