PT@acac Gets Top Marks from Patients on Safety Precautions in Clinics

Dozens of 10 out of 10 Scores Pour in During Height of Pandemic

Lots of unexpected things have happened in 2020, and when you can characterize one of those things as a good thing, you embrace it!

Physical Therapy at acac has endeavored to continue safely delivering healing and care to their patients despite the COVID-19 pandemic. While Telehealth and in-home treatment options have been offered since Spring, PT@acac's team wanted to offer safe ways for patients to come into the clinics for treatments. 

With in-clinic visits comes great responsibility to keep the spaces immaculately clean, and team members complying with stringent PPE requirements: masks, goggles, face shields, and gloves all part of the updated "uniform."

However, the response of our patients, many who have gone out of their way to leave comments on our REACH patient communication interface, has been overwhelmingly positive, and the PT@acac team is pleased and humbled!
