Dynamic Neck Strengthening as Concussion Prevention

Concussions are common and concerning injuries in sports. As with many injuries and ailments, prevention is often the best treatment.

 

New research reveals that those with stronger neck muscles are less prone to concussions. Strengthening the neck may be the key to preventing these lingering traumas.
