How to Identify and Prevent the Risk of Falls

PT@acac's At Home therapists Jo and Caroline will help participants understand the impact of falls on older adults.

They will discuss potential fall risk factors, how to decrease your risk for falls, and home safety modifications that can be made to reduce the risk of falling and assist with aging in place.
