Masks Become Optional 3-20-23

SIGN OF THE TIMES! Face masks will be optional in our clinics starting March 20, 2023 . . . but our team encourages each patient and provider to do whatever makes them feel most comfortable while visiting PT@acac.

After several years of extreme caution and uncertainty over Covid-19 and its variants, infection rates have plummeted and face mask wearing policies are being adjusted.

"A beneficial long-term result of the precautions taken over the past three years is that wearing protective face masks has lost any stigma that may have been attached to it,"  notes Christine Neri, Business Operations Director of Physical Therapy at acac.

"If wearing a face mask makes our patients, staff, therapy providers or visitors to our clinics feel more comfortable, we encourage them to do so, but masks will no longer be required after March 20, 2023."

And, as always: If you are experiencing any signs or symptoms of fever, sore throat, difficulty breathing, excessive fatigue, or body aches, please stay home, call us to re-schedule your appointment, and contact your doctor if symptoms persist.
